Team Builder™ is the ideal way for coaches and team owners to track and correspond with athletes, whether they be prospects, recruits, active players or past players.
A specialized 'Measurements' screen allows the user to set up the criteria they want to measure (sports stats, physical characteristics, etc.) and the Measurements screen will stay with the contact's record as he or she moves from 'Prospect' to 'Recruit' to 'Player' to 'Past Player' (with a simple click of the button).
An ‘Academics’ screen allows the user to track the academic standing of the players each term. The Academics screen will stay with the contact's record as he or she moves from 'Prospect' to 'Recruit' to 'Player' to 'Past Player' (with a simple click of the button).
How you designate your contacts is completely up to you -- you name them and you can categorize and find them according to your own system.
The Planner/Calendar is interactive with the Address Book. The user can post appointments and to-dos right from the contact's record and all e-mails, letters, phone calls, etc. are automatically posted to the contact's History page.
E-mail directly from the contact’s record, and send mass e-mails quickly and easily right from the program. The search capabilities are awesome and extremely powerful.
The letter writer comes with pre-loaded letters which can be temporarily or permanently created, changed, deleted, added to and moved or duplicated to other Directories. Mass mailings are done with a couple of clicks of the mouse button--easier than you’ve ever seen it! The program automatically creates letter menus for each type of contact created (recruits, parents, staff, past players and so on) and will take the user to the contact's type of letter menu, but allows the user to select a different menu if desired.
A complete letter history for each contact saves each letter written to that contact, which cannot be changed, but can be re-used and changed as it is re-used. This helps keep the record straight as to what was actually sent.
Sales Tools includes postcard layouts, both informational and Stay in Touch, which can be printed right from the user’s printer.
