Agent Business Builder 5.0 Update

- When printing “one” of postcards, program took you to History page of contact and left you there with a tiled screen. Fixed.
New Features
- Completely rewritten Planner, allowing to-dos, escrow events, calls and letters to be viewed independently or as a compiled list and prioritized.
- Auto-forwarding of uncompleted to-dos in the Planner each day. Thanks to lots of folks!
- Unlimited escrow events, to-dos, calls and letters each day in Planner. Thanks to many, including Lyn Stevens, Coaching Institute!
- Appointments and to-dos generation screen changed and employed for Plans, Escrow Tracking and Address Book (all still generate links from Planner back to Contact’s record), as well as from the Planner itself.
- Recurring Events screen changed, made easier, and used for Plans, Escrow tracking and making appointments and to-dos from both Address Book and from the Planner itself.
- Import/Export button added in Address Book and Short Line List to save Address Book data in a format where it can easily be imported into another copy of Agent Business Builder.
- Recurring Events – can now delete Plans and recurring events. Thanks, Steve Crowley, WTC-Polaris, Provo, Utah!
- Live log-on URL field in every Address Book record for that contact’s website. Thanks, Susan Jaeger, Executive Realty and PowerMate Software!

- Default settings for Escrow Tracking Milestone Events so that user can add often-used inspections or events so they appear each time an Escrow Tracking page is opened for a new escrow. Events can be selected and pre-set in Escrow Tracking or on the Change User Info screen on My Desk.
- Print screen for Envelopes is remodeled, making it easier to print, with (1) link to set up screen for preferences, (2) Print One button and (3) Print All button added. Thanks Susan Jaeger!
- Preference screen added to Change User Info screen on My Desk so user can choose which module (My Desk, Planner or Address Book) to start program in. Thanks Chuck Jaeger!
- Additional picture field added to letters so user can place two pictures (self and property, logo or any other pictures) in letters. Pictures can be copied and dropped into fields or placed in fields in Change User Info screen (on My Desk). Thanks to several users!
- Print layout for Address Book (clicking ‘Print’ while in the Address Book) has been improved for readability and clarity.
- Action Plan items post to Planner as To-dos.
- Planner renewed through January 2006, Calendar is now eternal.
Version 4.0 Released 6/15/01:
- Fixed letter writer to retain formatting put into master letters so that formatting is retained and prints from letter menu
- On/off toggle to print names on Stay in Touch postcards so that names can be omitted and labels used
- Export of mailing labels text for sending to mailing service

Version 3.2 Released 12/1/00:
- Mass emailing – Grab your group, click the email icon on the first contact’s Address Book page, compose the text, click send all and go home to dinner. All your emails will be sent individually to each contact you selected. If you scroll through your contacts and find an email address missing, you can enter it into the email address field in the emailer and it will be entered back into the contact’s record in the email field in the Address Book!
- Stay in Touch Postcards--Print Stay in Touch Postcards directly from Agent Business Builder. Print contact’s name and address, your picture and a personal message directly on the cards. Auto posting of postcard mailing into contact’s History page.
- We’ve re-added the day to the Day Calculator, so now you can see the day as well as the future (or past) date.
